By accessing or using any Code Hamlet LLC service — including this website, our employee portal, or any API or software product we provide — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Code Hamlet LLC. Our services are intended for authorized employees and clients of Code Hamlet LLC only. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Program Description
Automated SMS notifications for employee compliance alerts and credential/license expiration reminders delivered through the Code Hamlet secure employee portal.
How Consent Is Obtained
Employees opt-in through the Code Hamlet secure employee portal. Upon login, users navigate to 'Notification Settings' where they can provide their mobile number. Users must check an optional, un-pre-selected box that states: 'I consent to receive automated compliance alerts and expiration reminders from Code Hamlet LLC at the number provided. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt-out. [Link to Privacy Policy].' Submission is not conditional on receiving SMS.
Consent to receive SMS messages is entirely voluntary. Employees may use all features of the platform without providing a mobile number or consenting to SMS. The SMS opt-in checkbox is never pre-selected.

Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any fees charged by your mobile carrier for receiving SMS messages.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your compliance status and upcoming expiration dates. You may receive up to 10 messages per month. You will not receive marketing or promotional SMS messages from Code Hamlet LLC.
Opt-Out & Help Instructions
Opting Out — STOP
Text STOP to opt out of all SMS messages from Code Hamlet LLC at any time. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to your number. To re-enable SMS notifications, update your preferences in the employee portal or contact us.

Code Hamlet LLC's services — including the employee portal and SMS notification system — are intended solely for authorized employees and clients. By using these services, you agree to:
- Use the services only for their intended lawful purpose.
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, data, or network.
- Provide accurate and complete information when registering or updating your profile.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Immediately notify Code Hamlet LLC of any unauthorized access to your account.
- Not use the services to transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content.
- Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software or services.
Code Hamlet LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms.
Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property on or associated with Code Hamlet LLC's services are the exclusive property of Code Hamlet LLC or its licensors, protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any part of our services without express written permission from Code Hamlet LLC.
The Code Hamlet LLC name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Code Hamlet LLC. Use of these marks without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CODE HAMLET LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO CODE HAMLET LLC IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction located in Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Changes to Terms
Code Hamlet LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered users via email or an in-app notification.
Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed.
